Usually is an activities app for iPhone and iPad.
There is no Usually account.
What Usually keeps
You write what you usually do, when it comes around, and what you did with a given day — done, set aside, or put back. Usually also keeps the mark you pick for each activity, and the times that words like “morning” mean on your days.
All of that is stored so the app can show your days. We don't use it for anything else.
On your devices, and in iCloud
Your days live on each device you use. When that device is signed in to iCloud, Usually uses CloudKit to keep them in step across your iPhone and iPad — names, when they come around, what you've done, marks, and day-part times.
The iCloud copy sits in a private container of yours. Merendon Cloud, LLC cannot read it. Apple's privacy policy covers that copy.
If you aren't signed in to iCloud, everything stays on the device you're using.
Usually uses silent notifications so another of your devices can pick up a change promptly. There are no reminders, and nothing that asks you to do something.
What we don't collect
Usually does not include analytics, advertising, or other tracking. It does not ask for the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone except Apple, as iCloud, for the sync above.
This website
This site uses Vercel Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, and it is not used to advertise or to follow you elsewhere. Vercel's privacy policy covers that count.
TestFlight
The public beta is on TestFlight. Apple operates that service; their privacy policy covers joining and installing. Crash reports and any feedback you send through TestFlight reach Merendon Cloud, LLC so we can fix the beta. We don't use them for anything else.
If you write to hello@merendoncloud.com, we keep the message to reply, and we don't share it.
Removing what Usually has stored
Delete Usually from a device to remove the copy stored there. To remove the iCloud copy, turn Usually off under iCloud — Settings, your name, iCloud — or delete Usually's data from iCloud Storage. Leaving the TestFlight beta uninstalls the build; it does not by itself delete the iCloud copy.
